This meditation is an ideal addition to a balanced morning routine, which carefully accompanies you on the way to a positive, balanced and happy self. This meditation is best suited after your yoga session in the morning or evening.
Make yourself as comfortable as possible. Find an upright position while sitting or lying down, close your eyes and gradually calm down. Notice your calm breathing. You can repeat the affirmations mentally or silently.
Feel it as your truth.
