EASY RECIPE FOR QUICK VEGAN YUMMY CHOCOLATE CAKE WITHOUT ANY SUGAR

IN JUST 10 MINUTES

Do you also have a sweet tooth and can't avoid sweets?

Maybe you feel the same and like sweets in the morning or enjoy a sweet dessert with a cup of coffee or tea in the afternoon or after dinner?

Then this version of a quick chocolate cake might be just the thing for you.

This recipe is not only made from healthy and wholesome ingredients, it also does not contain any added sugar and is also really simple, quick to make, vegan and delicious.

This version of chocolate bread, or for me more specifically chocolate cake, is made in under 10 minutes and is on the table fresh from the oven in just 40 minutes.

Here is the recipe for simple, wholesome vegan chocolate bread/chocolate cake:

Indegridients:

2 ripe bananas

40g oat flour

40g almond flour

40g baking cocoa

40g peanut butter (alternatively nut butter/nut butter)

1-2 tsp baking powder

1-2 tbsp (sugar-free) chocolate drops

1 pinch of salt

1.5 tbsp Gut Bio Omega 3 Mix (mix consisting of chia, hemp and linseeds) alternatively 1 tbsp linseed

100ml plant milk (or alternative of your choice)

Alternatively, you can use any other flour, leave out the chocolate chips or add 1 teaspoon of vanilla. If that's not sweet enough for you or isn't quite enough, you're welcome to garnish this moist chocolate cake with powdered sugar or melted chocolate. However, you probably won't get enough and want to eat it all, haha. Oh well. Everything is possible, nothing is neccesary.

This recipe is originally made with buckwheat flour. However, since I have already had experience with another chocolate cake using buckwheat flour, I found it to be very dry and hard, even though the taste was nutty and quite tasty, I would recommend another flour alternative.

If you stick to the variant given, you can look forward to a juicy, light, sweet and healthy cake that you are guaranteed to enjoy, even though it does not contain any additional sugar.

That's how it's done:

Mash the ripe bananas, fold in the remaining ingredients and mix everything into a smooth dough. Bake at around 170 degrees for around 40 minutes.

I used a 25x10cm baking pan, so the cake is as flat as shown. If you want the dough to be a little higher, simply use a smaller baking pan or double the amount of ingredients.

However, it is practical for those with a sweet tooth that the cake is so flat, so you get more out of it because this healthy cake is really very tasty and tastes like “wanting more”.

Feel free to share your experiences in the comments, how you enjoyed this cake and whether you also found this recipe very easy.

Enjoy your meal, enjoy baking and see you soon
